I. Basic Physical Properties: Low-Temperature Rheological Properties and Pumpability
In terms of basic physical properties, the measured pour point range of BSE32 is -51°C to -46°C, which is superior to most conventional POE oils. However, what truly determines its applicability at ultra-low temperatures is not the pour point value itself, but its viscosity characteristics and pumpability at extremely low temperatures.
When the temperature is below -40°C, the kinematic viscosity of conventional refrigeration oil rises sharply, leading to difficulty in compressor startup and oil return obstruction; in contrast, BSE32, through the optimized design of its molecular structure, can maintain relatively stable rheological properties in the extremely low temperature range, ensuring that the lubricating oil reaches the friction interface in a timely manner at the moment of compressor startup and avoiding dry friction damage.

II. Core Advantage: Miscibility with Ultra-Low Temperature Refrigerants
More importantly, its miscibility with ultra-low temperature refrigerants. Under the working condition of an evaporation temperature as low as -110°C (e.g., using R23 as the low-temperature stage refrigerant), after the lubricating oil enters the evaporator along with the refrigerant, if phase separation occurs between the two, the high-viscosity oil phase will deposit on the inner wall of the heat exchange tube, forming a thermal resistance layer and possibly eventually solidifying to cause pipeline blockage.
BSE32 has been specially optimized for ultra-low temperature miscibility at the formula level, ensuring the maintenance of a homogeneous system in the presence of refrigerants such as R23, thereby guaranteeing the circulating oil return efficiency of the oil and the long-term reliability of the system.
